Matilda is a quality-driven professional with a varied work background, having held roles in the Construction Industry, and Education sector. She has transitioned into the classroom and has found she loves teaching students work-ready skills.  Matilda has a friendly approach and she makes the workshops relevant and encourages students to participate, enjoy, gain confidence, and a sense of achievement. Matilda can cater to students who may need a bit of extra attention to help them understand and achieve on the workshop. When she is not facilitating a classroom, Matilda is most likely caring for her own family.
